How quickly should I expect my products?
We aim to deliver all orders within 3-4 business days following your order being processed. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed and another once the order is packaged and assigned a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
YES! We ship to nearly every country in the world. We do our best to keep international shipping costs as low as possible as well by including all taxes and duties in the cost of the international postage.
How can I access my subscriptions?
You can access any past or current subscriptions by accessing your customer account and navigating to the subscription option.
What is your return policy?
It is our hope that all of our products perform to the high standard we hold them to; however, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of any of our products within a 30-day timeframe after your initial purchase.
